Biodanza in Dorset
Do you want to enrol on a movement course that enables freedom of expression, reduces stress, creates group connection and self-connection through dance with no set steps, but carefully selected dance and music?
I am based in Evershot now and am looking to create a weekly class in my area. If you have 12 people interested I will travel for a morning or afternoon class to offer this opportunity to focus on celebrating life, celebrating you and providing a progressive course that helps unlock your innate genetic potential through the five lines of human experience.
Blocks of 12 classes will introduce you to the form and move progressively through the system.
Please contact me to register your interest on firstname.lastname@example.org
Weddings and Parties
Biodanza has carefully chosen music and dances and has a brilliant effect of connection...what better way to fuse your wedding or special occasion party with a beginners level, dancer 1 to 1.5 hours specifically arranged for fun, celebration and to create a lovely community atmosphere.
Train to be a Biodanza Teacher or invest in self development
Biodanza is a movement system of integration. The dances create opportunities to develop all your genetic potential through the five lines of: Vitality, Affectivity, Creativity, Sexuality and Transcendence.
The 3 year training, approximately one weekend a month, is comprised of 2 years of Biodanza experience and theory and a final year of Methodology - the nuts and bolts of how to teach Biodanza.
Some people do just the 2 years and find it unlocks parts of themselves that leads to a new life, new job, new confidence. Others will go on to offer this health promoting dance form to others.
Please contact Julia on email@example.com to find out more and register for the 2020 new cycle of training
Do you fancy deepening your Biodanza experience? The Dorset School of Biodanza weekends in Dorset & Somerset, are now offering Supporters weekends where you can be taught by the new trainee teachers. For more information www.dancebiodanza.co.uk
